Seriously though, I have the same problem from time to time, and apart from closing the launch and trying again until it works I have no suggestions. Customer Service never helped me, and nor was it ever fixed, I'd say 1/6 times logging in this would happen to me, it's part of the reason I gave up logging in. It is usually something wrong with your firewall or something like that. Just use the search function. Also, Mortelus, I have no idea what your gripe with CS is, they pick the phone rather quickly and are usually help with any problem that is not related to your computer (meaning the problem they CAN fix, otherwise they just try to guide you to fixing it yourself) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
