It has the same cost and range and effect as slash, but in addition it guarantees an ataru strike as well as makes you have more ataru strikes for the next 6 seconds. BR auto-procs Ataru Form and increases the natural chance to get an Ataru Form proc, so, in the end, it deals much more damage than Slash. The BR auto-proc also procs Saber Screen for some measure of passive defense.Saw that much from the tooltip but slash had slightly higher numbers on its tooltip as long as the blade rush buff was kept up, which was what got me confused.
