Do I need to get the mission before the flashpoint (after the first time that is)?

Hi All,

 

I've been making a point of grabbing the missions for flashpoints before queueing for them, but I'm wondering if that's necessary or if I can just queue up and it will put me on the mission?

It's not necessary.

You can just queue up and you get the mission when you enter the instance.
