Check your billing info to confirm, and file a ticket. "To qualify for the Early Gunship Role Unlock with Gunship "Daring" Paint Jobs, your account must be in active subscription status on November 1, 2013 at 11:59PM PDT / November 2, 2013 at 6:59AM GMT. These unlocks will be waiting for you in your in-game Hangar at the start of Subscriber Early Access on December 3, 2013. The Gunship Role is permanently unlocked in-game on January 14, 2014." Have you had a concurrent subscription from the beginning, or did you let it lapse at some point? If you were a subscriber long ago, but on November 1 your subscription wasn't active, and you reactivated it sometime after that point, you missed out on the promotion.
