Your opponent blew himself up, dead, gone, won't give trouble anymore when you cap or protect a certain area. That is the purpose of the kill anyway, right? And I don't think people do it on purpose...it's just panic setting in as someone realizes your ship is compromised and the attacker is on their @ss - lord knows I have drilled right into the side of satellites more than a few times trying a daring escape, lol. Me either....and I have captured quite a few satellites by sticking right to the side of the thing. I'd say you have connectivity issues if you're "glitching" into objects.
