Sidious gave his journal to Vader to teach things from it. That pretty much speak for itself. Opress wasn't even Sith, he was strong, but ... no match at all for any real Sith. After the shock of being suddenly force choked by him without even physical showing he was, and that's even if Savage gets that far, Malgus is wiping him out. The achievements speak here. What, Savage wiped out a few isolated Jedi during the Clone Wars with brutality and Malgus led a raid on the very heart of the Jedi on Coruscant? Malgus comes on top each time.
