Been out for a couple of years. Need primer on Jedi Sage (healer) including changes

Hey All,

 

I played back at launch for a while and then left for a couple of years or so. Back then my primary was a jedi Sage specced in healing. I've been playing a Jedi Knight since I got back into the game (just a couple of days ago) but I miss healing. I'm thinking of playing my healer again but I'm out of practice. I don't recall any of the abilities, rotations or the skills (they've all been refunded).

 

I need a quick primer to get back in the game. Basically what I'd learn if I leveled up again (He's level 50 ftr). Is there anything around the web like that?
