Thrasher HM LOS bug

Keep running into an issue where the Snipers and Demo mobs on the wall are unable to be hit by any player on the ground. No matter where we move to, the mobs can not be hit.

 

This poses some difficulty since gap closers also do not let melee jump up to the ledge.

 

Is this a new thing or is there something we are missing.

The problem we are seeing is that sometimes the adds are able to be attacked from the ground, other times they are not. There is no rhyme or reason to this. It has occurred before that at one point an add is able to be attacked and if you move away and back to the same position this is no longer the case.

So it makes perfect sense for the snipers and demo mobs to be able to hit the players on the ground no matter where they are, but not for the players on the ground to fire back? I don't think so. I think that the mere fact that you can target them sometimes, move away from the spot you were hitting them from and then move directly back and they are suddenly unable to be targeted is the bug.

 

If this isn't the case, then someone needs to explain what exactly is intended for this fight considering that half the team can not stay up on the wall, but will have to be blown up on the wall for every sniper evolution simply because you can not make it to the opposite side of the room by running around the ledge and kill the snipers should they spawn there.

 

Seems the movement mechanics of the fight are tough enough without making absurd LOS issues that don't make any sense.
