I work and always lose one day a week updating .... update takes time .... almost 3 hours updating, when it ends it's time to sleep makes me sad and i'm almost quitting. Most of the other MMOs I've played in the past such as DDO or CoH also went through phases of constant patching. The difference lies in the fact that with those games, the time consumed by patching were mostly related to the user's internet connection speed. With TOR it is an entirely different monster. This is the second time in a week that I have had to sit around and wait 30-40 minutes staring at the "reorganizing data" bar moving at a snails pace. Also, last time the whole patching process took about 2 and half hours because BitRaider thought it would be funny to freeze the streaming download at 99.96%. I can only imagine how long it will take this time around. Oh and as I am writing this post, the counter just reset itself after hitting 18%. Outstanding. Oh look, it's at 0.82% now.
