It's definitely an option when the content gets stale. Main push for a second raid group is for 4 major reasons that any guild might look for. 1. Higher amount of activity on a daily basis (includes 16man content where available). 2. Ability to sub in a player in-guild instead of pugging nightmare content or not raiding at all. 3. Ability of both groups to work independently of one another while still functioning within the same guild. 4. Ability to share knowledge and resources. The Chandrian is currently looking to absorb nightmare/hardmode-level raid groups who already have a dedicated leader. Groups work exclusively of one another. Raid leader is responsible for maintaining his/her group. What you get... 1. Shared knowledge and strategies. 2. Shared bank tab across entire Chandrian guild. 3. Individual bank tab for each group. 4. More activity during the week (raids, FP's, PvP, Conquests). 5. Ability to pug from within rather than rando's or not raid at all. The Chandrian will still manage... 1. Guild funds that are already in the guild bank. (50k repair bill given to all players) 2. Guild ship 3. Overall macro-management of guild to maintain order/balance. If interested or for more details, please message Bawoni in-game or on Enjin. Thanks guys! That is technically the case, but really its no more or less comon than tank swapping because you can make your kite path as tight as you want so as to have stacks off for just moments total each time. (you can only get soa'd if you don't have a stack). This is the same issue as with reg swaps although a full kite path can be a bit more precise on the timing than swaps can (unless two leaping tanks are used) HI Keiki!
