Its not as if we can return the packs or items once they have hit our inventory, so why the timer? Remove it! There is no reason for stupidity here. Very irksome to open packs and have something I would love to be using bound to the wrong character while I wait for an arbitrary cool down. If people want something on day one they have to buy it form the market. Otherwise they have to wait for a few days and get it off the GTN.
