Me and 3 other guildmates queued up as a group (all lvl30-35) and nothing happens at all. We decided to split into 2 2man groups to se what happens. 1 group got into a match after 4 minutes, the other group did not. The group that got in into a warzone finished and queued up again and guess what? That group got another pop and got into a warzone while the other group who had been waiting for like 25 minutes didnt.
