Yaga Minor was known throughout the galaxy for its major starshipbuilding facilities. Sounds pretty damn big to me and Thrawn listed it among the major players. Also, I realised that the Kaleesh served in the Imperial military(after the pro-humans policy had been erased), specifically during the Second Galactic Civil War, so I believe I now qualify for the bonus. IE, They get slightly more adept in Stealth? Edit 3: Because Nightsisters are Darkside Force users, and you say an academy nets +100, do they get buffed too?
