MillionsKNives Posted May 7, 2013 Share Posted May 7, 2013 The icon will always show as locked when you log in, but actually the bars are unlocked if you left them that way the last time you played. So you need to click it to lock it, even though it shows locked. They *****ed it up when they thought to replace this intuitive (when it worked) icon with the much less intuitive up-arrow and down-arrow icons. They never intended to replace the button. It was a bug where the lock button was unintentionally replaced by the sort arrow. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Meanwhile, it's been days since I've flung one of my abilities clean off the bar after a UI reset, think self-training was the key. Simple procedure, before every major battle: 1.
