Bonus EXP

I've been gone for a long time. Are there any ways to get bonus exp?

 

Like for example rested xp

or a weekly mission

or a daily mission

or something you might purchase?

• Rested XP will give you double XP for kills only (not quest turn-ins). Can store up to a full level of rested xp.
  
• You can buy bonus XP consumables from either the GTN or Cartel Market. You'll also get a couple from doing your story quest chain as rewards. These are 25% boost that are either limited to one area of play (warzone, flashpoints, etc) or cover all play. There are 1 hour & 3 hour versions. Can only have 1 consumable boost running at a time.
  
• Legacy perks that give bonus exp for some different gameplay. These go from 1%-6% boost and stack.
   
  Each of these different boost stack.

also if you are a member of a guild you will get a 5% xp increase.

Space mission and warzones give good XP for the amount of time you spend in them. Squeeze out a couple space missions before you go out questing. It makes for a good change of pace from constant more killing too.

 

Warzones give out commendation that can net you some nice gear at level 20 and 40.

So the best xp bonus is 36% for quest and 136% for combat? Do they stack additively? Is rest the only one with restrictions?

 

5% from guild

6% from Legacy

25% from Cartel consumable

100% from rested (kills)

 

I know there are different kinds of Cartel consumables. Is Legacy the same? How locked up are the legacy bonuses?

You can actually get up to 30% xp bonus from legacy perks. There are perks for Warzone, Flashpoint, Space Mission, Class Mission, and Exploration xp. Each one has five levels, each level is a 6% boost, and levels are cumulative.

 

The legacy boosts only apply to xp for completed missions; they do not stack with the rested xp bonus for kills.

 

So stacking them with other bonuses would give you a maximum 60% bonus for missions (30% for Legacy boost V + 25% for consumable + 5% for guild), and a maximum 130% bonus for kills (100% rested + 25% consumable + 5% guild).
