Domatron Posted April 19, 2013 Share Posted April 19, 2013 I have two of the partisan and I can confirm they don't share an internal CD and I have proc'd them on consecutive attacks giving overlapping buffs. Aluvi Posted April 19, 2013 Share Posted April 19, 2013 I have not tested 2x Partisan, but 2x Conq do not stack, and it seemed to me that I was only getting one proc every 20-30 seconds, meaning that the effect on the 2nd is non existant. One of each (Partisan + Conq) proc together all the time, and the stacks do in fact overlap. So yeah, get one of each. 2x Serendipitious Assault Procs + smash = gravy.
