And since these "sets" don't have any set bonus or anything, the whole idea of collecting a full "set" is just extremely bad idea. Most of the basic commendation gear is horribly badly itemized so no matter what class and spec anyone is, they will have to pick combine pieces from many different sets to get even a half decent stats.
