pyradius
Another hybrid thread Anyone tried this or similar variation? Haven't tried it but looks pretty cool. I think Life Ward is a waste personally. If you're under attack, force armor won't be up long, so you won't be getting that 1% healing. If you're not under attack, you shouldn't really need that healing. So that leaves while under Force Barrier. 1% healing every second for 10 seconds every 3 minutes just is pretty underwhelming for 2 skill pts. Zhiroc
Personally, I don't think the 5pts spent in Force Suppression, Rippling Ward, and Mind Ward are worth it. I would rather use those to get either Clairvoyance in the Seer Tree, or maybe Mental Longevity or Inner Strength from TK. Heck, even as is, I think I'd rather swap Rippling Force for Mind Warp
aedenone
this is the spec you are looking for http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#600GorbdoroZbcMMZcMcRs0z.3 I have been running this kind of spec off and on since way before 2.0 and it plays just fine now with the difference being the loss of instant force lift but gaining better force management. You can heal fine, while its not optimal I have been the main healer plenty of times and been able to get by. Its nice to be able to engage the enemy with viable DPS after you have been marked.
