Kaerwolf Posted April 9, 2013 Share Posted April 9, 2013 The new bolster effect is just messed up, overpowering lower levels way too much. lvl 40s with absolutely no special armor mods at all kick the crap out of elite war hero gear due to the way overbolstered dmg and survivability they get through the new bolster system.
