I tried for over an hour and cannot figure out a route to it. Yes.. I have got that datacron.. It is easy once you know how.. But that is the same with anything.. It would be impossible to describe how to get it here.. Other than to say, you must walk along a ledge on a wall to get to it.. Again easier to show you in game..
