A lot of people are crafting level 27 pieces now, such as Might Hilt 27, and so on. In general chat, you see someone advertising that crafting service, saying they will craft it for free, as long as you provide the materials, and you do not have to tip. You give them materials, they give you a completed item with no waiting. Then they craft the materials. If they get a critical success they get two items.
