Biggilus Posted December 17, 2012 Share Posted December 17, 2012 Ok so now you can preview what they look like, but I want to hear what they sound like. That's far more important than looks! Very disappointed at how lame the Cartel blasters sound, especially the latest one (Rangehunter). As far as I can tell, there's a few prominent sounds: The muffled, almost silenced sound The kinetic, desert eagle type sound The pew pew Star Wars traditional shooter sound. Lightning_ Posted December 17, 2012 Share Posted December 17, 2012 Sadly, until they fix ability sounds (which will probably never happen now), there'll be no good sounding blasters. If any sort of blaster were to have sound effects just like Ronon's gun in this video: I would play the LIVING HELL out of this game and my slinger to the point that I would become obsessed about it.
