That's a graphics setting for lighting that can be disabled. TOR can be very "laggy" if you want, and most of that "lag" comes from running everything and some more on max. Are you inquiring that if I run graphics settings on low then I will not get lag when: PvP everything freezes for a 30 sec period then unffreezes and I die, I walk slow and am rly walking fast and therefor fall of of a bridge or ledge, So?
