SionLordOfPain Posted October 6, 2012 Share Posted October 6, 2012 (edited) Sorry if this has been covered by Bioware while I was away but after taking a break from the game I can find no information on this issue. While I was not playing for a while (but still subbing) I became away of the server combing process but as my main was already on the red eclipse and that shard was not changing presumed he would remain the same. However when I have relogged today I have found that my character name has been taken, while I understand this happens when moving server how has my character that has been on red eclispe since day 1 lost it. Eternalnight Posted October 6, 2012 Share Posted October 6, 2012 You're not on the same server. Everyone was moved to new highcapacity server, which just happens to be named Red Eclipse too. And of course active subscribers get priority when naming conflict occurs. Having been on an origin server that just happened to have same servername, does not really count for anything.
