Republic Explorer Corp

Our Guild headquarters is based on Alderaan.

We are bascially an elite group that the Republic calls on when they suspect there is Sith or lawless activity on a planet.

Our mission varies depending on the situation but could be anywhere from advanced reconnaissance, exploration and neutralization of threats on planets still ruled by the Sith and lawless crime lords.

We are the first assault on an enemy.

'A small team could get in and out without much notice. As such we have to be ready to leave at a moments notice.

Sometimes, we are needed on more than one planet, so we have small teams set up for that. Though sometimes the situation requires the effort of everyone.

We are a roleplaying guid. Our main emphasis will be on roleplay with some PVE. We do request people interested in joining us go to our guild portal website first and fill out that application and do the roleplay scenario we have set up.

Guild Rules:

1. You must respect all other members, especially the Guild Leaders and Officers. We all understand a joke, but there are limitations.

2. Leadership roles in the guild are decided based on demonstrated ability as well as need for a leader in a particular spot. You can be assured that your leaders are working hard to make the game more enjoyable for you. While the reason behind every decision may not always be apparent at the moment, rest assured they are working for the best interest of the guild.

3 Guild members are always to positively represent the guild. Professional behavior reflects well on the guild, poor behavior reflects badly, and a bad reputation spreads faster and farther than a good one.

4. Be courteous to all players, regardless if they are fellow guild members, allies, or enemies. Insulting other players (guild member or otherwise) reflects poorly upon the guild as a whole and will not be tolerated in any form. Respect is earned, and courtesy must be given in order to maintain a friendly guild.

5. Do not try to ruin the story for the entire party just because you think everyone you meet deserves to die. If you must kill every innocent, do it in your personal story, not ours.

6. Looking for quality over quantity of people.

7. Begging will not be tolerated. Just because other players are a higher level than you, does not mean they can always afford to help you. If you need something, kindly ask, if someone can help you, they will, if not, do not keep asking.

Two of REC jedi will be hosting a regular teaching session on Tython. Membership in REC is not required.

The jedi are Master Solatus and Master Arcmichael

The day and time for this are still under discussion.

We wanted a way to reach out to the community and we believe this will be a start.

Thank you.

I'm a returning player looking to get back into the game and do some light RP. The mission of this guild would fit my character and play-style quite well. Are you recruiting by chance? Who can I contact in-game?

My character's name is Yatima, a Cathar Jedi Shadow.

REC would like to take this time to thanks the families of those individuals who gave all they had for our country.

We have the freedom today because of those that gave their lives. May God bless each family that lost a person in the service to their country.

From REC:

To the families of those soliders that gave their lives for us, there will never be any words to express our thanks and gratitude for their sacrifice. To those that survived this day, again thank you, though it may not honesty reflect what is in our hearts for what you did on that day.
