I tested it out today and I would absolutely love running tactics with ion cell, but I noticed that the slow from pulse cannon doesn't apply which in pvp is a serious downside. Its rather annoying that an ability deep into your tree is broke considering people can simply walk out of it and its your main hit. Also fix pulse cannon from missing opponents completely.
