Creating posts for the purpose of derailing the topic, eliciting negative reactions or spreading false information. Replying in a manner that adds nothing constructive to the conversation. Directing criticism at members of the community, rather than the current topic of discussion. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and will continue to monitor the conversation. Above all else please remember that we are here to help with issues that come up, you need not respond to them and extend the argument. In short, report don't respond. "We will be performing scheduled maintenance beginning at 11:00 a.m. PDT to launch patch 1.0.2a. We anticipate that maintenance will conclude at approximately 12:00 p.m. PDT." It should be noted that this 'scheduled maintenance' was announced at 10:55am. I think TOR should do their 'scheduled maintenance' with only 5 minutes warning too.
