Just want to point out that nobody has actually supplied proof of the egg dropping from Kephess despite a few people saying so (And I've heard 3 different ways it "drops" now so...) But yes, Mysterious Egg drops from HM Lost Island...though, considering barely anyone has done normal Lost Island, it hasn't been proven it only drops in HM. Jenemi Posted June 29, 2012 Share Posted June 29, 2012 How do you get it to hatch? They all hatch the same way. You have to go to Tatooine and get the Water buff from one of the Vaporators. Then you need to head to the Czerka Archelogical Site (South West of the Dune Sea) and stand inbetween the Solar Panel that is facing inward until the egg hatches.
