Angel_of_Cain
I am not too familiar with steam in that aspect, but my Guildmates are. i will ask them tonight if you can do this and if so, how. if it is possible, i will post it.
Listerman
...Can you even do that? EA would more than likely make you use Origin, wouldn't they?
Ayiano
Don't think so. I try launching SWToR with steam, but my "now in game" status disappears when i enter the actual game and no overlay.
Leonick
Steam only tracks actually steam games, even if you add a non-steam game to your list in steam, steam won't keep track of time played. There are two alternatives here, if you want others to be able to see you should get something with proper game tracking like Xfire that doesn't care where you got the game from since it just does the gametracking and provides chat and an overlay. The other alternative, if you just want to see yourself how much time you have spent in the game you can use the command /played in the chat in game, this will type out the total amount of time played on the character you are logged in on, it reports actual time played (or time logged in rather) so if it for example says 2 days and 2 hours that means you've played that character for 50 hours. Ayiano
I actually don't care to see my played time, etc in steam. I just want to use it so my friends list shows me in-game and i can chat in steam without having to alt-tab.
