Should I get a surge relic to go along with the power one I already have or continue to use my matrix cube? Is the cooldown on the second relic shared or with the first or is it only with two of the same kind? If so is it worth it to have a dead relic you never use just so you can have 50 more expertise ? You just can't chain them together. To a point. I did a comparision on putting 2 BM relics vs my critted rakata/matrix cube. The difference in Endurance makes up for the Damage reduction, and the difference in aim/crit more then make up for dam inc. At least for me, sitting at 1111 expertise.
