Cryonic_Preacher Posted April 14, 2012 Share Posted April 14, 2012 (edited) the new proc chances are 45% FB and 60% RP, but if I checked both with my ship-doll , or in real combat, FB triggered much more often the proc then RP. (for testing i wait until cooldown was over ((RP)) and I'am not spamming FB for proc) Has anyone else noticed this or I'am totally wrong ? Statistically if your N sample size was sufficiently large you should eventually see it leveling out to 60% RP 45% FB. How are you recording results, or is this just observed? Agooz Posted April 15, 2012 Share Posted April 15, 2012 Just because you see an RS after an FB does NOT mean it was a proc of PPA. FB "triggers" RS 100% of the time as a pyro because it applies CGC, a dot, which RS needs. So I would say a good bit of the RSs that you see after FB are not procs at all, but simple normal RS triggered after their 15sec cooldown.
