Jestunhi Posted April 14, 2012 Share Posted April 14, 2012 If it says there is an x% chance to learn it in the tooltip while in reverse engineer mode (and it's debatable whether it will show you if it's not in your inventory - when I look on my crafting window it lacks that part of the tooltip whether I can get a better schematic or not) then yes.
