Avildar Posted April 13, 2012 Share Posted April 13, 2012 Well, from what I can tell, the items that offer a chance to RE a recipe will have 20% on Green items, Blue items it was 10%, and items that you can RE and give no chance say nothing, This was for Cybertech.
