On top of that, I can't find any off set BM pieces that have Surge (minus Jugg boots if I want some lol Defense). Where was the logic in these changes? There doesn't seem to be any.... They promised/ showed it on PTS, but it didn't come over to the live server, I have no idea why either. They only added a bunch of 'expertise' onto BM gears. ***?
