Shadows and draw distance

Can anyone tell me what settings in the ini file control the quality of shadows and the draw distance in the game?

 

My graphics are much better than they were originally but some how I have removed shadows, and my draw distance is horrible. Grass grows about half way up the screen.

Thanks for the reply. I removed the line but it didn't seem to change anything. Wonder if its the area that I'm in. Going to walk around and see if it shows improvement in other areas.

 

what about draw distance. That one is the killer. Having grass just grow up in front of me drives me crazy.
