Simple UI request for 1.2 (or whenever)

So far, I love the new UI options in 1.2. I only have one request, can we please add an option for increasing the size of the health/force bars without using the overall scale?

 

I would prefer to set up my groups/targets etc with smaller overall frames but with health bars that were larger (or fatter) so that I can more easily see the health and text. Right now, all I can do it increase the scale which increases the entire frame. I want to set the overall frame size but scale the bars height/width within the frame itself.
