What Reverse Engineering should become.

A simple thing that I notice that could happen with Reverse Engineering to improve it is for the percent chance to go up. For example if you are trying to get your blue item (whatever it may be) to a purple (superior). Say the chance to get the schematic by Reverse Engineering is at 1%... Well maybe the more and more times you RE the particular item the % chance will get higher (say after Reverse Engineering the item 50 times your chance goes from 1-20) to get the schematic. Just a suggestion to make crafting (especially endgame cause that is where most of the problems I see are with getting higher schematics) more enjoyable.
