The guild HQ in the site is not helpful with this at all. Check the subforum for the servers maybe. Most people I see on Lord Adraas belong to a guild. The guild HQ site is under revamp if I understood that correctly. No eta that I'm aware of. Edit: Other than that you can ask in General on your server, starter areas or fleet should be good. Don't bother with the server sub-forums, no-one uses them and no-one reads them and the Guild Centre is of no use for anything other than forming a guild.
