Not all of us have a reason to complain. And if the game was so horrible as some say, why bother? If I get properly disgusted, it is time for one rant maybe, then it's off to that magical OTHERPLACE. Funny thing for me was... My launcher "Play" button was active about 5 mins before I received an email. But good idea to check your Spam folder and/or add that BioWare address in your Contacts.
