It will display whatever the previous cost was, but when you purchase it, it will be free. So know that once a week has passed, it has reset at some point. Your next respec will be free, even though it displays a different value. A week from your next respec, it will have reset again. That's my understanding of the system thus far. In yellow text, it will read "It has been a week! The respec cost has been reset to 0!" "Respec cost: 0 credits" Or something along the line of that. Just keep track of time.
