Korevas Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 To elaborate on this, a taunt will make the taunted player do -30% damage on anyone but you while the effect is added and it stacks with guard. Any damage prevented in this way will be added to your protection score. On a related note, taunts are off the global cooldown and can be used between your attacks without delaying them, so you should absolutely always use them, even on a full pyro.
