Now that I think about it, aren't we the only class that has absolutely no way to skill 30 seconds less cooldown on the CC breaker? The extra half-second on the PBAoE stun is excellent. You can buy time for a friendly under fire, peel for a flag cap, delay opponents trying to get to a node, etc. It may not seem like much but it's a good bonus paired up with the CC breaker cooldown redux.
