Why don't we keep it as is, but make it so it's always white?

 

 

So resolve diminishes at a rate of 25/second. This means that knockbacks (400 resolve) would make you immune to cc for 16 seconds, stuns and mezzes (800 resolve) would make you immune to cc for 32 seconds.

 

 

As it stands right now, they add up and go white once they hit 1000 meaning that if you get stunned twice (1600 resolve) You can't be cc'd for 1 minutes and 4 seconds. so it's the same total amount of immunity. However, the problem w/ this is that after 8 seconds of being stunned you're pretty much dead in most scenarios, meaning you need a pocket healer for resolve to work.
