For example, on my Sin when I do Wither (30% slow) and Force Slow (50% slow) on the same target carrying the ball, the target should be slowed 80%. It doesn't look like it works. I'd wonder though how it actually calculates if you factor in speed buffs, as in, if you have a permanent 15% bonus to run speed, how will those two work together?
