HellBenter
I have a HP Compaq dc7100 CMT. This is the specs i found for it online, http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?InvtId=… I bought a EVGA 9500GT graphics card, here's the stats for that http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/… Ok, the problem is this card does not run Star Wars: the old republic the way its meant to be ran. I know this is an old desktop but it replaced one that died on me. I bought this in hopes of me reusing the ram cards and graphics card i used for my old one since it had similar specs. Can anyone recommend an upgrade from the 9500gt?
JerokTalram
I would just get something as good as or better than the recommended Specs. Nvidia GTX260 AMD Radeon HD 4850 But even they are older and probably not available. Most of the current cards should play this game fine but I would avoid the bottom tier and at least get middle range. You probably want to avoid cards that take lots of power as you don't want to have to upgrade your power supply too. Personally, I'm looking at an AMD Radeon HD 6750 and that runs around $110. alexishomer
i think you want to wait a while to make sure you are THAT MUCH into this game to pay extra for an investment.

It's going to be hard to tell if he can't play it.. I think something around an AMD 6850 should do the trick.
