besbin
It doesn't exist. 'Best' is situational, are you talking pve solo, pve raiding? PVP? There is no guaranteed spec that will let you faceroll any tank or monster. There are plenty of threads regarding dps even at the early stage of these new forums. With respect I suggest you do some research before starting a thread like this.
DoctorMozG
I wish to have maximum possible dmg, it's will be same in pvp and pve.
Vizuals
It would not be the same thing. PvP you will get more "max" damage by going with a burst build. PvE you would get "max" damage by going with a DoT build. So it is situational like the first person said.
J-Slh
You also have to think about survivability when choosing your talents for PvP.
caimerez
It is purely situational as said..Carnage will be the best in pvp more than likely with quick bursts, but in a longer fight their dps will start to drop..Annihilation takes a minute to build up, but the longer the fight the more dps they do
DoctorMozG
Oh right, thanks so much for info, so I wanted to know what the diff between annih , carnage and the 3rd one rage or smth ,and annihilator is better in long run, while carnage kill faster is it? Could u be so kind and explain me the three different skills tress plus and minuses that would be most appreciated.
J-Slh
I have written something here about my thoughts on the Carnage Tree as well as the Carnage spec I think it's the most suitable for high end PvE. Yeah, shameless self promotion. <(^_^)> Edited December 15, 2011 by J-Slh

Skorched
http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#100bIbRr****zZhGb.1 You can use the same spec with a variation on a skill or two. I have tested all the specs to exhaustion and I find this spec to be the best by far. As long as your using bleeds at every possible opportunity you should be able to survive just about anything.
