cocio_dk
would it be an option for you guys to make downtime on eu servers Nighttime for EU players asswell as you do for US players.
Dandrius
I agree on this. Problem isnt taking the servers down the problem is the time difference there is between US and EU servers and on a weekend taking the servers down for 5½ hours US night time would be EU daytime (prime time on weekends) So the best option would be to take the European servers down first fix them and then take the US down or take the US servers down wait 18 hours and then do the same with the european servers! Aznog
I Agree with OP- When you choose to set up two different server groups (US/EU), you ought to have the personel to support the two different servergroup timezones. There should be customer support durring primetime for each timezone and the pach/downtime should be during the night. Hope others agree
Averran
Hello everyone, We value your thoughts and feedback regarding Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ and recognize that a lot of players want to discuss how patch times are effecting European players.
