Trevalion Posted January 25, 2012 Share Posted January 25, 2012 Well detaunts typically offer a straight damage reduction for damage incoming from the detaunted player. I so far have no evidence that this is true in SWTOR, but detaunt is ingrained in me as a healer so when I am being hit by the lone player thinking they will burst me down I always use a cooldown for detaunt Until someone shows solid evidence that detaunt doesn't do anything (and how can they with no combat log?)
