Is it just on Torhead or is it like that in game too? Can it wait for a bit? I'm in the middle of some calibrations. On topic: Not sure but it probably has something to do with the number of cast/channel skills (not all skills are mirrored completely equal, different animations/executions etc) favoring alacrity for dps increase, or it might just be an oversight (although I highly doubt it).
