sithlordcip
Was Darth Sidious and his master Plagueis both sith sorcerers? Also, what advanced class do you think Dooku was?

Sidious: Equals Both Sith Warriors and Sith Inquisitors(He was skilled with a saber and with the force, and he was the most powerful Sith Lord) Plageuis: Sorcerer Dooku: Guardian onto The One Bladed SW Class(I think Jugg but not entirely sure.) sithlordcip
I dont think Sidious was half Warrior and half Inquisitor, I think he was only Inquisitor Sorcerer and I think the sorc ingame should get more saber attacks
tausra
They were both Sorcerers. The Rule of Two practically eliminated the use of Warriors because when the goal was stealth and subterfuge you don't recruit juggernauts.

tausra
Bane came up with the rule of two, but he also didn't try and hide himself in the Republic. Bane never ran for Supreme Chancellor, or played galactic corporations against one another while hiding in plain sight. Bane had the luxury of being a warrior, but those that followed him had to be more sneaky than aggressive. The point of the Rule of Two is being impossible to detect, to exist off the radar until it was time to strike. Plagueis was a sorcerer. He spent the vast majority of his time learning to manipulate midichlorians and sentients of all stripes. Plagueis used his business acumen to guide galactic events from the shadows, even as he learned to control life and defy death. When enraged and near death Plagueis chose to use force lightning to eviscerate his would-be assassins. He was a Sorcerer. ObiQuiYett
As a counter-point, yes, Bane did play corporations and the Senate against itself while hiding, but not in plain sight. The Bane books show that he made quite a bit of money playing the system. He was the 1% Dun, dun, dun

BrandonSM
Classes are an RPG convention. There's really only Jedi and Sith. Incorrect, BW is all-lore in and out. The classes are not just gameplay mechanics. Many Sith have been classified as Inquisitors and Sorcerers. And Jedi have been classified as Knights and COunselars. Also, if you look at the Sith Wookieepedia page, you'll see their are more than you realize. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Sith For Example, Sidious called Maul an Assassin as many Jedi called Ventress an Sith Assassin. Its one of those books where spoilers don't mean much, you kinda know how its going to play out in the end. Its very interesting.

Plageuis's death is not a spoiler for the book. Believe me. THe book isn't like mosts books. It goes into depth with Sith History and Political Planning. Like Assassin being a general term for a professional killer, Consular is a general term for someone who provides advice to another. A Sith might use stealth to murder someone, then fight a Jedi in hand to hand combat, then practice Sith sorcery all in the same day. The fact that Darth Bane was not good at Sith sorcery does not mean that Sith Sorcerer was a class separate from other Sith.
